Returns
- You can return products within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items such as sale/discounted products, innerwear, or accessories are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchange
- If you need a different size or style, you can request an exchange within the return window.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
